Joining forces helped us to survive the storm. 

And we became confident as the women we're meant to be. 

Growing together nurtured love around us, enhancing the bond between me and you. 

I reflect on the mother-daughter relationship. I remember the times when I was young, and I see the experience repeating from a different perspective. The teenage years are meant to be a rollercoaster of discovery for mother and daughter. I am forever grateful for my daughter, with whom I share my birthday.
