Choose to Experience Enjoyment

They worried about an upcoming party they’d attend. Will my muscles start to spasm while people chat around me? Will I be able to keep up with all the movements and conversations? They didn’t want to continue worrying and end up missing the enjoyment, they wanted the party to be the first event they entered with enjoyment in mind.

On the day of the party, they felt surprisingly calm instead of jittery and they were excited to join the party. When people gathered around them, they felt happy to be with friends and concentrating on that happiness felt like a safe bubble around them. They no longer feared their body’s past reactions and they felt more open to accepting and enjoying.

In Life, our mind often strays to past experiences and, as it haunts us, we tend to forget that we have the power to control our mindset. If we have a desire, we can concentrate on it and encourage the shift toward better results. What we allow ourselves to focus on will affect what happens and, most importantly, our perception. It’s up to us to know what we want and stick to it to will it into reality.
