Reflect on Purpose

Don’t hold your regrets
They awaken and then pass
Reflect on Purpose

I find that regrets are needed for realization and aren’t meant to be held onto. They awaken us with feeling before blending into the big picture, providing reason to reflect on where we are in the moment.

  1. This is so true, Astrid. Dwelling in the past can paralyze and perhaps fill us with shame. And consequences will result, but faithful authentic reflection helps us move forward. We can stop some ripples, others drift beyond our control. We’re not omnipotent after all, but we can always learn. As you say, regret awakens then passes. Not carelessly but with patient reflection.
