Reflection of me When I view what I don’t like Learning from others When faced with situations I don’t like, I find it’s best to search for the reflection of me. I can concentrate on what I like in me rather than manifest more negativity. I can’t control others but I can recognize myself.

Don’t hold your regrets They awaken and then pass Reflect on Purpose I find that regrets are needed for realization and aren’t meant to be held onto. They awaken us with feeling before blending into the big picture, providing reason to reflect on where we are in the moment.
