Caught in the hype with enthusiasm
Charged with belief and love
Running towards a mystic dream
Attempting to abandon reality
Opening the door to what's true
Disappointment awakens in spasms
Subtle messages from up above
Life is not as it should seem
It's time to accept actuality
Discover what Life intended for you
No point in denials filled with sarcasm
Bravely embrace experience with love
With patience, all will be redeemed
Life is filled with eventualities
Respect them all to find what's true
Revitalize your self-esteem
Take it one day at a time in reality
Fail to succeed as you.
I posted this poem in 2020 when I started admitting my reality and it spoke to me to continue. Failure is a great way to find new doors and grow into who you are. The journey continues!
