Embrace Fear and Follow It Forward

Don't turn away from fear to avoid what is.
Don't scramble for explanation when it is only you that needs to understand.
Open your heart to the realization,
Drift amidst the storm trusting where it takes you.

~Fear indicates that you're ready to go further~

Drift in the what-ifs fear presents.
Open your heart to the beauty you are.
Turn away from the distractions that prevent your growth,
Scramble in helplessness to recognize your strength.

Many uncertainties occur in life and fear is often taken as the cue to withdraw. When we don't know or feel alone in our explanation, we strive harder to prove our validity. External validation must be dropped to open ourselves to what is. It's important to get lost in order to find.
I believe that fears are an indicator that we are ready to know more of ourselves. To drift in the what-ifs allows us to reflect on what we know, look forward with curiosity and find where we wish to be. Turning distractions away is to face ourselves head-on. Scrambling will bring us to where we're meant to be with a renewed sense of knowing. Embrace fears and follow it forward.
