For the next four weeks, in anticipation of my birthday, I’m dedicating my posts to smiles, one of my favorite life gifts. I’ve vowed to never lose it and am devoted to continuously spread it to honor my person.
What is a smile and why are smiles pleasurable to encounter?
A smile is a facial expression that indicates pleasure. Smiles are pleasurable to encounter because they inspire happiness. Smiles are a simple form of beauty that communicates a universal desire.
When a person is smiling happily, it is interpreted as a symbol of their personal contentment and they’re magnifying their indulgence. An authentic smile is contagious and has the power to initiate love. Even in sadness, a smile will encourage contentment.
Smiles are luminous in spirit and emanates an abundance of positive energy. Smiles are a significant influence for the Journey of Life because enjoyment is a pleasure for the majority. The light that we seek in darkness can simply be shared through a loving smile. Smile, share your contentment with everyone you meet and generate the light that you desire.
