Remain in Synch

Sometimes, with too many issues to raise
Finding the right answer becomes a duel
Though with good intentions to be in sync
There's no avoidance of life feeling dual
With all the comparisons, our souls sink
Succumbing to darkness, waiting for rays

On a brand new day, the sun shines it's rays
From the comfort of slumber, we must raise
Into set routines, our minds often sink
With what's old and new, we often must duel
There's confusion when everything feels dual
Awareness wakens to keep us in sync

Body and soul, we strive to stay in sync
Sometimes, not catching the valiant rays
It's a struggle to come out of the duals
A place of peace to which our spirits raise
We strive for life to not be constant duels
For without it, we know our heart won't sink

In times when we plunge and let our heart sink
We surrender, knowing we're out of sync
We search for peace to resolve constant duels
Hanging onto hope to view the sun's rays
With love and warmth, we feel our spirits raised
Accepting the wholeness with merging duals

Have no preference for life's unending duals
For comparisons make all judgements sink
Acceptance will balance and keep us raised
Open yourself and, with life, be in sync
Share a smile to shine some positive rays
Peace can be reached without tending to duels

Don't strive to be the winner of all duels
For you can't have only one in your duals
Life feels like turmoil as it disarrays
It's no reason to let our spirit sink
Welcome life's offers to remain in sync
Revel in wonder as you feel yourself raise

With every duel, our heart slowly sinks
Be accepting of duals, remain in sync
Let yourself be raised under the sun's rays
