Ever dreamt of being a witch making a potion to cure your stress? Well, kick up your imagination and make it true. Become the mindful witch that intends to heal with a mixture that you love to savor.

First, choose a drink of choice to enjoy and start gathering the ingredients for your merry concoction. Place one of your problems on each of the ingredients. When all is gathered, get your cauldron (pot, cup, or whatever you’re mixing in) ready and start adding your ingredients. As you add each ingredient, imagine the stress attached to it being released and falling away from you. As you start the mixing process, envision how your efforts are breaking down the problems and transforming them into your solution. Enjoy how its coming together and becoming a potion for ease.

When all is ready, take your prepared spell to a cozy seat and relax as you take your sips. Be mindful that your problems will be digested, accept them as a part of you and enjoy the strength returning to your mind and body as you feel the spell work its magic into your body.

Did you enjoy watching the problems blend together into a cure?

Did you feel the stress melt away as your potion eased into your body?

Were you happy with the taste and feel of your potion as you let go of problems?
