Feel Loved on Your Own

Feeling bogged down with Life? Want to feel loved on your own? All you need is a list of your favorite love songs and time to listen mindfully to revive your spirit.

Most love songs sound like they’re talking to another (our lover, we presume), and this doesn’t have to be. I love to imagine the singer as my external self singing to my internal self. When I let myself get lost in the songs, I feel the love and appreciation for myself and feel united as one.

Directing the love songs to myself, without anyone else involved, helps me recognize where I am, work out troubles that brought me down and return to the believer that is ready to live. Happy Loving, everyone!
