October, Month of Gratitude

For the month of October, I chose the virtue of gratitude as the monthly theme to honor the harvest season.

To me, gratitude is remembering that I’m a part of something greater and everything around me is a part of it, too. It is my belief that all is interconnected that inspires me to be grateful for all experiences and accept that there’s purpose in all occurrences. In my Life journey, being grateful helps me to let go of the emotions that arise in situations and liberate myself to enjoy Life and feel the growth offered to me.

Take time to recognize the Beauty within and around you, never forgetting that it’s all related. Enjoy the ugly to recognize beauty, embrace hardship to know your strengths and feel low to strive for higher. We’re all contributors to Life and all that comes our way is intended for us. Be grateful to be alive and remember to respect all that exist with you.
