The Gift and Power of Emotional Courage


 

I found Susan David’s speech to be a great reminder for me. I’ve survived thirty years dealing with my difference and it was my denial that made me look strong and courageous. I’ve realized that I’m broken, no matter how others view me, and the only way to be who I want to be is to accept all my emotions without judgement. Experience is the best teacher and deserves to be embraced.
