Recovering with Hope

Five years ago, I was in the hospital accepting the stroke I had. My left side was paralyzed, and I listened as doctors estimated it would be five years before I could stand on my feet independently. I recall listening in confusion and feeling my determination rise. I couldn’t say they were incorrect, and I couldn’t believe in what they said. I knew I couldn’t let it be. I didn’t know how I’d do it, but I knew I couldn’t wait five years for my answer. I just had to prove it wrong and trying was the way I’d accomplish it.

I’m happy to say that now I’m walking short distances on the street and believe that determination is vital for success. Please don’t forget to take time and nurture your will within!¬†All is possible when you believe!
