Earth’s Retribution

Forgive yourself for what has passed

To see the world with new light

Don’t focus on the damage massed

Keep positivity within your sight

Use what was to remain aware

Take small steps for contribution

Find a passion in which you deeply care

Let that love be your distribution

Small changes need to gather together

Become the sum of purposeful reason

Stay keen and notice the shifts in weather

Respect nature in every season.

Love yourself so you can love your world

Act with heartfelt intuition

Release regret to strive forward unfurled

Forgiveness and love will be Earth’s retribution

Reading an article about how saving the Earth must begin will self-forgiveness, I realized why helping with climate change issues feels so helpless. Anger towards past mistakes takes love out of purpose and shifts focus on right or wrong, efforts seem small in a problem so massive. When the past are examples to remain aware, every small step is a contribution to build upon with love.

The small gather together to become the sum of purpose. It’s important to remain keen and notice the shifts, taking time to respect nature in every season. We must love ourselves to love our world and be ready to work with heartfelt intuition. Letting go of regrets will move us forward without negativity. Forgiveness and love will guide Mother Earth’s retribution.
