The Road That Winds

Upon the road that winds, leading us to more

And sprouts questions of uncertainty

It appears like a bombarding closed door

Testing our will and chosen entity

To what do we owe this gifted surprise?

And how are we to accept it kindly?

The reality isn’t a demise

There’s no reason to absorb it blindly

Accept your life while remaining aware

And be open to gathering more seeds

Don’t wallow or accept it as a scare

Because that doesn’t serve actual needs

Enjoy roads as fun roller coaster rides

Consider your slopes as vigorous slides
