Haunted Night

Once upon a haunted night

The ghosts came into sight

Wearing veils of white in the dark

They gave the living a soulful fright

On their visit, they brought love

Shared advice from above,

“Fear not what feels out of control,

Just take flight and fly free like a dove.”

Ghosts welcomed through open doors,

Kids dressed up to explore

Who knew what they’d find in houses?

-They didn’t expect a candy store –

Halloween, laughter and fun,

The dead are not yet done

New joys brought to our life

A haunted night we can all be one
