Hysterical rants burst like fireworks
-A tirade relinquishing frustration –
The colors and light, a numbing shock
As a story unfolds and takes flight.
Preemptively, we douse the fire
-Aiming to quiet the thunder within –
Yet, we sense there’s reason for its light;
We’ll only know by risking a burn.
Reaching into the crackling fire
We find a darkness we hadn’t foreseen
Disrupting the thought, we had assumed
Making way for new understanding
Be gentle with that source of frustration
Nourish it with love and an open mind
For beauty grows with gentle release
Embrace the show and you’ll both take flight

I think we all love the fire but who want’s to get burned… this is so much like life

And, sometimes, the burn is what we need to realize the gift.

Very nice last stanza resolving the frustration by being gentle with its source so both take flight.

Thanks. The only way to resolve a difference is by working with love to find a solution.
