Anger, Form of Denial

There will be many experiences within a person’s life that will lead to the truth that life cannot be accomplished alone. Despite the ambition to be the greatest contributor to the world, it will never be attainable because one person will never be able to support the demands of so many others on their own.

As virtuous as it is to contain the ambition to help others, there will never be a single way to achieve this and the various perspectives received from others is an assistance towards the goal. If there is an assortment of people that you are willing to support, then a preparation to listen to all aspects of their needs is required. Welcoming the responsibility of learning more inclines a comprehension to apply the skills needed for the situation.

As strong as a single drive can appear, it is not within an individual’s control to determine the direction life has for a mass of people. Only personal intentions and abilities may be measured and only the energy exhibited may be conducted by an individual. Moments will develop when the energy contributed is resolved as the only gift we may provide.

Despite the agony that may derive from witnessing the goals recede, it is wise to accept that preconceived roles may not be appropriate in that moment. There is no purpose in allowing anger to build regrets of the situation, the pain felt may just be a message to step back and accept. Initiating a negative emotion will never resolve the situation, it will only become a prevention to proceed.

Acceptance of the situation and the required role may feel unproductive in the moment but it may also be an introduction to an unforeseen role that holds a greater importance. Never receive a change in plans as a rejection of your person. Welcome it as an opportunity to learn, grow and exceed your expectations. Without feeling the discomfort, an individual would not develop a knowledge to gain. Converting to a negative emotion to justify the situation will deny the opportunity and drive one insane for the loss realized.

Accept that life is not always within your control. Recognize that diverse situations are there for learning. And consistently contribute within your realm of capabilities positively. Everyone makes a unique contribution, no matter if it is miniature in appearance.
