What does it mean to be happy and how is it beneficial state of being for daily living?

Happiness is a state of being content and feeling pleasure. It is beneficial for daily living because it alleviates a spirit with positive convictions and provides hope in times of hardship. Happiness is desired to accomplish a sense of fulfillment.

Happiness is a combination of harmonious feelings that initiates satisfaction. It may be completed after various stages of progression but it remains a motivation because it assures a success that we have worked to earn.

When a person is happy, they are openly expressing an appreciation for life and indulging themselves in positive thoughts. The joy within their person will prevail and tolerate all situations. Happiness has the power to penetrate an inner peace that will persevere.

Youthful enthusiasm is exhibited when genuine happiness is achieved and its energy contributes to its atmosphere. Happiness is beneficial for daily living because it brings pleasure to an individual’s life and the assortment of lives that surround them. A state of happiness doesn’t strictly influence one person, it has the potential to enhance many lives at a time.
