Dealing with Negative Reactions

I have found that the main thing to do when faced with a negative reaction is to remember that the other person is not who you are. Every person has a different way of reacting to their situation and it is possible their reaction has nothing to do with you. Every person is a completely different person with their own set of experiences. The best way to uncover the cause and resolve it is by approaching lovingly and openly. We get hurt by how others treat us but we never know what we will be uncovering because it may be possible that the other person is feeling more hurt than we realize.

Approach your hardships lovingly and openly and be prepared to embrace a brand new life lesson to help you grow.
